Qualifications: Applicants must be graduates of Hurley High School and wish to pursue a 2 or 4-year degree; must have demonstrate financial need and have a history of community involvement; must live in northeast Minnesota or northwest Wisconsin; are planning to attend a college, university, community or technical college, or trade school meet criteria related to academic interests, school, or community involvement.
