To support the college aspirations of a Duluth Public Schools high school senior boy on the track and/or cross-country team. Qualifications: Applicants must be high school senior boy on the track and/or cross-country team at Denfeld and East High School; must be a student who encourages others, demonstrates dedication and good citizenship, promotes team unity, and shows respect and dignity toward others; applicants may be eligible if live in northeast Minnesota or northwest Wisconsin; must planning to attend a college, university, community or technical college, or trade school; must meet criteria related to applicants academic interests, school, or community involvement.
