To support Black Canadian students pursuing postsecondary studies. Qualifications: Applicants must be a black student who is a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or protected person (or have applied for permanent residency or a student/work visa); be enrolled in an accredited educational institution; be between 17 - 30 years old at the start of the academic year; Canadian students attending accredited universities or colleges who satisfy the eligibility criteria. Selection criteria: Selection will be based on the Committee criteria; evaluated based on their academic achievements, financial need, community involvement, personal statement, and letters of recommendation; process for the BBPA National Scholarship Program is rigorous and competitive; judges reviews each application and selects the recipients based on the eligibility criteria and the strength of their application. How to apply: Applicants must be submit online application form along with supporting documents, including transcripts, financial aid documents, and a personal statement; Completed application form including: Academic transcripts; Financial statement; Personal statement; Recommendation letter.
