To seek promising students and provide them with the necessary financial assistance, moral support and guidance to complete their education, thereby promoting higher educational and leadership standards within the Hispanic community. Qualifications: Applicants must be a San Diego County High School graduate who is entering college; applicants must be may pursue their education anywhere in the United States and major in any academic area. Selection criteria: Selection will be based on Estimated Family Contribution (EFC) based on the applicant's Student Aid Report (SAR).
