To provide ongoing training and continuing education for our members, and to support education in our community. Qualifications: Applicants must be a US Citizen; attending high school in metro Atlanta; must attend a Georgia college or university; scholastic achievement in current academic year and overall GPA throughout high school; list of extracurricular activities; community work; financial need; annual household income will be considered; interview with members of the scholarship committee; recommendation from school advisor; student must maintain a GPA of 3.0 to receive the second installment after the first semester. Selection criteria: Selection will be based on committee criteria. How to apply: Applicants must be submit online nomination form; submission requirements: high school transcripts, SAT - ACT Official score, letter of recommendation, completed application form, 750 word essay, letter of acceptance from a Georgia college or university, signed statement of non- affiliation, financial information including W2s; essay requirements: 750 Words or less, essay description on a topic as specified by the scholarship committee; acceptance letter from school of choice.
