To give assistance to any active member who needs financial assistance to attend an APT US & C conference or to attend an affiliated APT US & C institute. Qualifications: Applicants must be an active member in good standing; members of the Board of Directors are not eligible. Selection criteria: Selection is based on financial need. How to apply: Applicants must be submit online application form; Applications must be submitted at least 60 days prior to the conference or institute; a letter from the applicant's municipality/organization (councilor, selectman, city manager, etc.) that confirms the necessity.
