To support graduate study at the doctoral level in the field of educational communications and technology. Qualifications: Applicants must be graduate students in educational communications and technology pursuing a graduate study during an academic year or a summer session in any accredited college/university in the United States or Canada; must be members of AECT and must be accepted in or enrolled in a doctoral level program. Selection criteria: Selection is based on: scholarship; leadership potential; experience in the field of educational communications and technology (such as employment, field experience, course work, assistantships, presentations, and publications); and letters of recommendation.
