Qualifications: Applicants must be an active, FCC-licensed amateur radio operators; Active foreign amateur radio operators are eligible for the ARDC Scholarships; a resident of Atlantic Division (DE, MD, PA, Southern NJ, Western NY), the Roanoke Division (NC, SC, VA, WV), the Southeastern Division (AL, FL, GA) or Washington, D.C; must be attending a postsecondary institution.
