To provide for eligible amateur radio operators pursuing higher education. Qualifications: Applicants must be technician Class or higher; can be any region; any field of study; must be pursuing a degree at a four-year college or university. Selection criteria: Selection will be based on committee criteria. How to apply: Applicants must submit online application; should include transcripts and any additional required documents; a number of scholarships require additional documents, such as a letter of recommendation from a sitting officer of an ARRL-affiliated club; applications without accompanying transcripts and additional required documents (if applicable) will not be considered.
