To provide financial support to students who are holding a license for post-secondary education. Qualifications: Applicants must be an active, FCC-licensed amateur radio operators; active foreign amateur radio operators are eligible for the ARDC scholarships. GPA: 2.0+must be holding an amateur radio license for at least 1 year citizenship: United States and all other countries grade level: H.S. senior, undergrad, graduate; general Class or higher; residence within 70 miles of Schenectady, NY; bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, sciences, or similar field; accredited 4-year college or university. Selection criteria: Selection will be based on Committee criteria. How to apply: Applicants must submit an online application form; transcripts and any additional required documents must be submitted with the application and not emailed separately; some scholarships require additional documents, such as a letter of recommendation from a sitting officer of an ARRL-affiliated club; transcripts must cover the applicant’s entire high school career to date and, if the applicant is in college, must include all semesters for which grades have been awarded.
