To support licensed amateur radio operators pursuing postsecondary education. Qualifications: Applicants must be an active, FCC-licensed amateur radio operators; must be residents of ARRL New England Division (Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Maine); must be pursuing postsecondary education. Selection criteria: ARRL Foundation Scholarship Committee will review all applicants for eligibility and make selections.
