To recognize active, licensed amateur radio operator pursuing postsecondary education. Qualifications: Applicant must be an active amateur radio license (FCC-issued or foreign); applicant must be licensed for at least one year prior to the date of submission of the application; must be pursuing postsecondary education. Selection criteria: Preference will be given to applicants demonstrating a GPA of over 3.5 on a 4.0 scale. ARRL Foundation Scholarship Committee will review all applicants for eligibility and make selections; there will be a highly competitive analysis and review of each applicant.
