To assist a student enrolled in a research-based program (Masters or Ph.D.) in the area of water treatment science and engineering. Qualifications: Applicants must be undergraduate and graduate studies in water research, engineering, finance, IT, legal, communications and policy; must be pursuing a degree at an institution of higher education located in the U.S., Canada, Guam, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Korea, India, Jordan or Peru.
