To provide for candidate who reflects these values, and is committed to leading the industry by advancing solutions to today's most pressing challenges in the fields of drinking water, water reuse, and water resources. Qualifications: Applicants must be undergraduate and graduate studies in water research, engineering, finance, IT, legal, communications and policy; must be pursuing a degree at an institution of higher education located in the U.S., Canada, Guam, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Korea, India, Jordan or Peru.
