To assist graduate students with college education costs whose professional goals support the mission of the American Fisheries Society. Qualifications: Applicants must be enrolled as a graduate student at any Idaho college or university on January 31 of the year the scholarship is awarded or are/or have been involved with the Idaho Chapter, including the student sub-units; have professional goals that support the mission of the American Fisheries Society. Selection criteria: Selection will be based on professional goals; course work completed; GPA; Idaho Chapter AFS Involvement; experiences that enhance the student as a professional; demonstrated examples of mentoring and inspiring the growth and development of fish and aquatic scientists.
