Qualifications: Applicants must be current or past residents of New Mexico; Applicants must be graduating high school seniors or new or returning college students; Applicants must pursue a degree or certificate in automotive or technical vocational studies; Applicants must attend a nonprofit or public educational institution; Applicants must attend a two or four year college, university, or community college; Applicants may attend school full-time or part-time.
