5 Strong Foundation

The program partners with Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) to provide promising student leaders with full-tuition scholarships and ongoing mentorship from matriculation to graduation. Scholars join teams of five, participate in bimonthly College Ready Prep Sessions, and receive support from participating HBCUs.
