Helps low-income Hoosiers attend and complete college. Income eligible students enroll during 7th or 8th grade year and agree to fulfill the Scholar Pledge. Pays up to full tuition and regularly assessed fees for students attending eligible public, private, and proprietary postsecondary institutions. Eligibility: Indiana resident; U.S. citizen or eligible non-citizen; enrolled in 7th or 8th grade at public or accredited nonpublic school; household income not exceeding federal free and reduced lunch program guidelines (or foster care placement); must fulfill Scholar Pledge including Core 40 diploma, 2.5 GPA, FAFSA filing by April 15, full-time enrollment within one year of high school graduation.
