Papy Wellington Saygbay Scholarship

The Papy Wellington Saygbay Scholarship is open to Dallas-Fort Worth African American male or female high school seniors who plan to major in Fine Arts and pursue a career in a related field. Applicants must complete the application form, submit a high-resolution photo, two letters of recommendation, a YouTube video (no more than 5 minutes), an essay of no more than 1000 words, and their official transcript.
