A highly selective, last-dollar scholarship for outstanding high school seniors from low-income households (Pell-eligible). Scholars receive funding for the full cost of attendance not covered by other financial aid and the Student Aid Index. Awarded to exceptional student leaders with strong academic records, demonstrated leadership ability, and personal success skills.
