Audio-essay program for high school students to express themselves on a democratic and patriotic theme. National first place winner receives $35,000 paid directly to the recipient's university, college or vocational/technical school. Other national scholarships range up to $21,000. State first place winners receive at least $1,000 plus an all-expenses-paid trip to Valley Forge for Founding Forward's Spirit of America Youth Leadership experience.
